rich1988 What Our Live Blackjack Lobby Covers

What Our Live Blackjack Lobby Covers

rich1988 carries live blackjack tables from Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live — two studios that set the standard for multi-camera dealing and consistent table availability. You'll find classic variants like Infinite Blackjack alongside side-bet tables such as Blackjack Party and Speed Blackjack, which runs a faster deal cycle for those who prefer not to wait between rounds. Table limits span a wide

range so you can size your seat to your session. All tables run on the same account wallet, meaning what you load via Touch 'n Go eWallet or GrabPay is immediately available across every live seat in the room.

HOW WE RUN IT

How We Keep Live Blackjack Fair and Accountable

Every live blackjack title we carry comes from studios that operate under independent certification frameworks. The shoe is shuffled on-camera, the deal is recorded, and round outcomes are stored so any disputed hand can be reviewed. We surface RTP figures only where the provider exposes them — we do not publish estimates.

Studio-Level Certification

Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live both operate under independent testing lab certifications. The card deal you see is the card deal that counts — no hidden layers between the camera and your hand result.

Recorded Round History

Every hand at our live blackjack tables is logged by the provider. If you dispute a round outcome, we raise it directly with the studio and return a verified result to your account.

Transparent RTP Display

RTP figures appear in the table info panel only when the provider makes them available. We do not fabricate percentages — check the info icon inside the table for the real figure.

Account Security at Login

OTP verification is required each time you access the live casino section from a new device, keeping your seat and your wallet balance secure against unauthorised access.

HELP WHEN IT COUNTS

Support Paths for Live Blackjack Sessions

Live table sessions can throw up real-time questions — a disconnection mid-hand, a bet not registering, or a query about how a side bet was settled. Our support channels are there to handle exactly these moments so your session isn't disrupted longer than necessary.

Live Chat Reach our live chat directly from the lobby page. Describe the table name and hand number so our team can pull the session log and resolve the issue quickly.
Account Wallet Help If your Touch 'n Go eWallet or GrabPay load hasn't reflected at the blackjack table, open a ticket with the transfer reference number and our team will verify the credit path.
Table Disconnection A drop mid-hand is handled by the provider's disconnection policy. We can pull the recorded round outcome and confirm how the hand was settled against your account.

Live Blackjack Glossary — Terms Worth Knowing

New to live blackjack or just want to confirm what a specific term means before you sit down? These plain-language definitions cover the mechanics and table concepts that come up most often.

What does 'hit' mean in blackjack?

To hit is to request another card from the dealer. You keep hitting until you are satisfied with your total or until your hand exceeds 21, which is called a bust.

What is a blackjack 'push'?

A push occurs when your hand total equals the dealer's total. The round ends in a tie, and your original stake is returned to your account wallet without a win or loss recorded.

What does 'double down' mean?

Doubling down lets you place a second bet equal to your original wager in exchange for receiving exactly one more card. It is a high-confidence move when your starting hand is strong.

What is 'insurance' in live blackjack?

Insurance is a side bet offered when the dealer's face-up card is an Ace. It pays 2:1 if the dealer has blackjack, protecting part of your main bet against that specific outcome.

What is a 'shoe' at a live blackjack table?

A shoe is the physical dispensing box that holds multiple decks of cards at the dealer's station. Live studios shuffle on-camera so you can see exactly when a fresh shoe begins.

What does 'Infinite Blackjack' mean?

Infinite Blackjack is a variant by Evolution where unlimited seats can join a single hand dealt from one set of cards. Each player makes independent decisions from the same starting cards.

Common Questions About Our Live Blackjack Tables

From table limits to how side bets are settled, here are the questions we hear most from Malaysian players before they take their first live seat at rich1988.

We carry live blackjack from Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live. Both studios deliver multi-camera feeds, on-camera shuffling, and multiple table variants accessible from the same account wallet.

Yes. All live blackjack tables load in your mobile browser without a separate download. The interface scales for portrait and landscape, and your account wallet carries over from desktop without any extra steps.

Load your account wallet via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, or GrabPay — all three are accepted at the cashier. Once your wallet balance updates, open any live blackjack table and select your chip size to join.

Speed Blackjack by Evolution collects all player decisions simultaneously instead of going seat by seat, which shortens each round considerably. It suits those who find the standard turn order too slow between hands.

The studios that power our live blackjack tables operate continuously, so tables are available across all hours. Specific high-limit or specialty tables may have scheduled availability — check the lobby for live seat status.

The provider's disconnection policy applies. Your hand is resolved according to a predefined rule set, and the outcome is recorded. Contact our live chat with the table name and round time and we will verify what was settled.
